My duties were: ● As a PMV Coordinator – at Plant Machinery & Vehicle (PMV) Dept. (From October 2017 to 15th July 2021) ⮚ Maintaining PMV Dept. Asset Register; ⮚ Following up vehicle/equipment daily report with project Logistics Officers and maintaining daily reports ; ⮚ Preparing, follow up & submitting PMV vehicle/ Equipment monthly rental invoices against projects; ⮚ Prepare & submitting 4 petty cash holders petty cash vouchers in Oracle Accounting System; ⮚ Involved in HR & Administration issues for PMV employees (Attendance, Salary Issues, Overtime, Vacation and Resignation/Termination etc.); ● As an Assets Controller/HR Coordinator – at HR & Administration Dept.(From May 2013 to October 2017) ⮚ Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register and monitoring of the movement of Assets; ⮚ Coordinate with company ticketing agency and arrange employee’s business travel, vacation and final exit tickets. ⮚ Reconciliation of employees Business Travel& Annual Vacation Tickets invoices on a monthly basis and submitting data to the Accounts Department; ⮚ Handling Petty Cash Vouchers and submission through Oracle Accounting system; ⮚ Reconciliation of Fedex (SMSA) courier vouchers and arranging PR for different cost centres; ⮚ Monitoring of employees Housing and Transport allowances; ⮚ Submission of manual time sheets of the employees who works under the Administration Department through Oracle; ❖ May 2012 to April 2013 – Branch Manager at Centrepoint Homes (Pvt.)
