8 years work experience in construction field
Education:
National Diploma in Engineering Sciences ( Civil Water and Environmental Engineering).
Graduate Diploma in Business Management UK Level 6.
Skills:
Project planing and monitering.
Managing parts of construction projects.
Undertaking surveys and setting out works in sites.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Supervising contracted staff
Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
providing technical advice and solving problems on site preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
Ensuring that health and safety, sustainability policies are adhered to.
Maximize project efficiency and profitability.
Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation.
Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle.
