Skills:
• Preparation/Review of Job HSE-related documents like HSE Plan, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, JSA, Traffic Management Plan,
Traffic Diversion Plan, Emergency Response Plan and monitor its implementation.
• Monitor Toolbox Meetings at work site.
• Ensure that all type of Incidents/ Accidents is reported as per procedure.
• Monitor and Advice on investigation and reporting of all incidents including near misses.
• Ensure the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) procedures.
• Inspect Vehicles/Equipment’s in service and report to the Project Manager/TCO.
• Ensure compliance and enforcement of Clients Permit to Work (P.T.W) system on site at all times.
• Ensure total workforces are informed & aware of emergency procedures and evacuation procedures.
• Prepare/Submission of periodic HSE reports to Head QHSE/Corporate HSE Manager and Client/Consultant HSE/Engineering
Department.
• Inspection of Lifting equipment & Accessories, Heavy and Light Vehicles/Equipment and other Machines to ascertain their validation by Third Party Company as well as that of operators and drivers.
• Monitor Subcontractors HSE activities and guide them on how to carry out activities safely at site.
• Carry out monthly HSE inspections of fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment, document findings and act based on findings.
• Participate in HSE weekly/daily walkthrough with Client/Consultant and track/monitor and close out all issues identified.
