Φ CURRENT JOB 10 Years (2008 / 2018), as Terminal operations supervisor, Al-Shaheen / AI-Rayyan concession (400,000 BOPD), Qatar petroleum company. In-charge of managing the following field operation disciplines: - Crude oil production from "five" offshore platforms - Crude oil storage on TI Africa & TI Asia FSOs (Floating, storage and offloading units) - Crude oil export from FSOs to tandem crude oil tankers and issue the "Custom Export Bill” and the "Port Clearance" certificates as "State of Qatar Representative" - Prepares annual budget (operating and capital) and monitor actual expenditures Vs allocated budgets - Ensure that the critical operating units are well addressed and ensure that related spare parts are available at all times in the warehouse stock - Maintaining safety and environmental aspects through periodical drills, training, incident investigation & analysis. - Endorses the promotions of subordinates and ensure that the periodical appraisal is effectively implemented - Ensure the integrity of the field equipment through effective preventive maintenance and inspection systems - Ensure that the negative observations that tendered during internal and external audits are covered - Ensure that the oil-in-water content for formation water disposal not exceeding the approved environmental licence limits of Supreme Council of Environment (15 ppm for disposal to the sea and 40 ppm for disposal to Um El Rodhoma disposal aquifer) - Ensure that the power generation packages are secured (9 Siemens dual fuel (gas & diesel) turbo generator, each of 7 MW) - Ensure that the collected garbage is incinerated safely in the incineration plant and the exhaust fumes not exceeding the approved environmental limitations - Endorses the routine daily and monthly reports to Operations Manager
