• Managing of QAQC department of PPC cement.
• Tested Raw Material Sampling, Primary and Secondary analysis like
Fineness test, Consistency Test, Soundness Test, compressive
strength of cement, Setting Time Test. Checking whether they are
required limit or not
• Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests
and advising and coordinating test procedures.
• Prepared standard operating procedures for cube tests for precast
products.
• Monitored the printing section details like manufacturing date, week
on bag and checking the weight of the bag.
• Determining chemical and physical properties, compositions, structures, relationships, and reactions of organic and inorganic compounds.
Skills:
Strong understanding of oil lubricant chemistry and the chemical properties of various oils and lubricants
Experience in performing chemical analysis, including gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy
Ability to design and develop new lubricant formulations based on customer requirements
Proficiency in developing and conducting laboratory tests to evaluate the performance of lubricants
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to lubricant manufacturing and testing
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Additionally:
One year of experience in oil testing field in a laboratory setting.Knowledge of chemical
elements, theories, and laboratory techniques.Familiarity with safety protocols and quality
assurance standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Extremely
