My Job key responsibilities are-
Promote safe practices in all departments.
Give regular classroom and on-job EHS related trainings to workers and staff as per yearly training calendar or as required.
Do regular inspection of firefighting equipment.
Weekly safety audit of plant with safety committee members and ensure closure on given timeline.
Monthly thermography of all electrical panels and maintaining records.
Maintaining all necessary records required for ISO 45001, ISO 14001 audit or customer Suzuki Motors Gujarat audit.
Fulfilling legal requirements time to time and maintaining records of the same.
Raising PR, making service entries in SAP.
Checking working condition of STP and ETP and its records.
Review OCPs, SOPs, HIRA, policies.
Improving safety with kaizen and 5’S
Making yearly EHS budget for plant and making Capex if required.
Ensure work permit system is being followed in non-regular activities.
Carry out mock drill exercises to improve efficiency and act fast in case of emergency.
Regular MOM with safety committee members.
Check and update Safety boards and signage in plant.
Reducing risk level by finding substitution, implementing engineering controls, providing Administration controls and PPE, etc.
Education:
I have completed graduation in Accounts, 1 year Advanced Diploma in Health, Safety and Environment, NEBOSH IGC, First Aid Course
