Regarding my education I completed 3 yrs diploma in hotel management catering and food science, Bachelor of commerce & Master in business management.
Skills:
I am chef & my speciality is continental cuisine & also have experienced in Indian , Chinese , Mediterranean, Italian etc .
I am able to do inventory, menu planning & menu engineering, costing , team handling, data analysis , etc.
Additionally:
I am familiar with computer related work like word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
I also completed food Safety supervisory level 3 certificate from P&O cruise uk carnival.
