Experience:
Continuously monitor the Works and ensure that the Works are carried out safely, correctly and
efficiently.
Ensure that the Plant deployed on site are working safely, correctly and efficiently.
Study and understand the project scope, drawings and specifications in detail.
Ensure all the necessary technical information is passed on to the Foremen, Ganger Men and Lead
Men and they understand their requirements.
Assist the Project Engineer to develop the short term programmes and ensure that the required
resources are available and working efficiently.
Minimise the wastage of material and resources on site.
Co-ordinate the Sub-contractors works and manage / resolve any clashes on site.
Advise the Project Manager of any changes to the scope, drawings and specifications.
Carry out Safety Inductions and Tool Box Talks.
Ensure that the works are carried out safely.
Ensure that the works are carried out to the required quality.
Manage the final snagging works to completion and handover
Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property
boundaries in areas to be surveyed.
Constantly inspecting the job site for the purpose of quality work.
Inspecting the structural work execution (footings, foundation, grade beams, grade slabs,
Columns, beams, and slab etc.,) on site and checking the Reinforcement arrangement in the
