Experience:
I have 4 years of experience, I am adept at providing excellent customer acquisition strategies and services and collaborating with various teams to provide an excellent service to the customers. I have helped the branch manager in managing his everyday schedule and responsibilities and also I fill in for the team members whenever they need my support. Here are some of my responsibilities as a Customer Service representative:
• I excel at creating customer acquisitions and providing them with excellent services.

I have been privileged too in working at the front office/receptionist in my current organization and some of my duties were:

• Expertise in bookkeeping, collating, and filing documents, records with easy access whenever required.
• Efficient knowledge of MS Office with a typing speed of 60 wpm.
