Assistant Administrative Officer
• Perform general administrative duties, general secretarial and technical services for managers, project teams and clients.
• Respond to inquiries regarding department services, policies, and procedures.
• Create and process a variety of administrative records using internal and external databases.
• Provide quality and efficient administrative support to the President Site Office’s activities and ensuring its smooth running.
• Document control for President’s site office and any other duties assigned.
Other roles taken up during the year are as follows:
• Assist in arranging and coordinating of Risk awareness for the Transport Department.
• Assist in coordination of Risk Survey by AON and AIG.
• Coordinate the preparation of location and arranging of the construction waste i.e woods, irons, waste generated by contractors within the refinery.
• Assist in monitoring/dispatching of empty liner containers to avoid accumulation of demurrage for DORC, DFL and DQL to respective locations
• Assist in supervision of President/CE’s Site Office vendor/contractor to ensure timely delivery of material and project.
• Oversaw staff correspondence, record tracking and data communications, resulting in effective automation of office operations.
• Interacted with vendors, contractors and professional services personnel to receive orders, direct activities and communicate instructions.
