current job, I have managed 13Nos-Plastic Injection moulding machines (120T to
550T) with 550Nos moulds, 3Nos-Extrusion Blow moulding machines (2Ltr to 5Ltr)
with 28Nos moulds, 2Nos-Screen printing machines (for Jerry can & Bottle
printing).
Equipment Handle:
o Injection moulding machine 75T to 1250T (L&T, HAURANG, CHEN
HSONG, VICTOR TAICHUNG, HWA CHIN, NANRONG, FEROMATIC,
ARBURG, Hi-Tech, Engel, Toshiba, JSW all-electric machine)
o Extrusion Blow moulding Machine (Parker 5Ltr, CMP 5Ltr & 2Ltr)
o Screen Printing (Taniya).
Material process:
PMMA, ABS, PC, PET+PBT, PC+ABS, PA6 & PA6+GF30%, GPPS, HIPS,
PPCP, PPHP, HDPE, LLDPE, POM, TPE, PVC.
Experience in Insert mould, Multiple side core moulds & sequential gate
valve moulds.
Experience in SAP, QAD, FOCUS (ERP)
Knowledge of the implementations of various techniques and quality like
Lean Manufacturing, GMP, PFMEA, PFD, and Control plan.

Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Processing and Testing (PGD-PPT) from
Central Institute of plastic engineering and technology, Bhopal, Madhya
Pradesh.
Bachelor of Science (PCM) from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University,
Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
