Experience:
Acts as concierge for the Reception Area by welcoming all guests.
Handling queries and complaints of clients and sellers via phone or personal and general correspondence.
Assist business development in ensuring smooth operations of Showroom.
Entertain walk-in clients and introduce company projects if sellers handling account are not immediately available.
Assists Marketing Officer/Marketing Assistant and Sales department in event preparation and set-up.
Oversees efficient Sales Lounge operations by monitoring pantry and toilet supplies, and reporting all repair & maintenance concerns to head officers.
Assist Sales Department in organizing sales documents and report and other task may be assigned from time to time.
Ensure that stock levels are adequate and request are made timeously.
Making payment computation for sellers if needed.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management
