Technical Evaluation of Bidders
Piping Drawings (P&ID, Layout& Isometric Drawing) Equipment Layout.
Preparation of Piping Material Specifications
Preparation of Isometrics
Preparation of MTO
Selection of pipe supports
Preparation of G.A Drawings and isometrics
Piping Material specification Valve data sheet
Scheduling and monitoring of works through MS project.
Gantt-Chart preparation.
Monitoring and calculate delay in works and take precautionary measurement to overcome the
delay in works progress
Review the Piping Design documents (P&ID, Isometrics, GA’s, Tie-ins list, Supports Details
Pipe wall Thickness Calculations
Coordination with sub-contractors /clients.
Review all vendor documentations to assure the compliance with the design and technical
requirements
Analysis of steel structure
Review steel structure drawings
Inspection of Mechanical Equipment’s with vendor representative.
Installation/Monitoring of Mechanical Equipment’s
Inspection of Plant Piping materials
Involved in criterion development for selection of contractor/vendor
Involved in assessment and implementation of project quality plan(PQP), quality
inspection plan(QIP)
Project Planning Management and Control
Material inspection as per specifications
Preparation of inspection reports
