prepared stock aging reports, and defined minimum and maximum stock levels. Additionally, I prepared daily stock
reports and shared them with management, prepared monthly stock update reports, coordinated with production
and supply chain to ensure smooth production, prepared Goods Receipt Note (GRN), and managed goods issuance
and posting.
Furthermore, I have experience as a gate officer where I prepared in-word gate passes, prepared returnable
outward and inward gate passes, prepared non-returnable gate passes, prepared monthly vehicle in and out
record, prepared material received stock reports, managed vehicle follow-up, coordinated with the commercial
team, and managed shipments.
Lastly, as an admin officer at Roshan Packages Ltd., I arranged mess management, arranged janitorial staff,
prepared daily time sheets, conducted weekly and daily meetings with Admin, and prepared waste records.
