6. Grooms animals, which includes washing, brushing, trimming coats, cutting nails, and cleaning ears.
7. Maintains records of information such as weight, physical condition, diet, feeding schedule, and
medications given.
8. Ensures that animals receive necessary exercise.
9. Unloads and stores feed and supplies.
10. Answers general questions from patrons about the animals such as behavior or habitat.
11. Takes phone calls and schedules appointments.
12. Performs other related duties as assigned.
