Verify/ Analysing the FEED drawings. • Tender bulletin point rising. • Coordination with Client, Consultant, Sub contractors.  • Coordinate with project teams • Reviewing of engineering drawing, Vendor drawings Quotation rising for the Electrical and Instrumentation Long lead, Bulk items • Technical reviewing of offers and bit tabulation preparation • Preparation and approvals of material submittal. • SAFOP meeting organizing. • Lighting Calculation • Lighting panel installation, testing and commissioning.  • MDB/DB installation, testing and commissioning • FAT for all the electrical equipments ( UPS, DB, MDB and etc) • Pressure gauges, Level transmitters, pressure transmitter, flow meter and related tubing system installation • Assist in follow up contractors and subcontractors in electrical and instrument discipline scope during  construction phases in order to assure the quality, environment, health and safety aspects of the work. • Participate in Safety walks and Quality surveillance activities, prepare their reports and follow up the closure of all identified actions. Responsible for progress of all construction activities within E-I discipline. • To prepare and follow up with the contractor(s) / sub-contractor(s) pre-commissioning and commissioning activities; planning and execution to ensure that the day-to-day commissioning activities are executed in safe  manner and to prepare for & participate in pre-start-up safety reviews (PSSR). • To prepare field progress reports and be capable of identifying and correcting contractual non-conformities.  • Ensure that all activities and works in the area of responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements.  • Floating RFQs.  • Analyse the tender documents • Preparation of Look ahead plans. • Coordination with the vendor and Client. • Maintaining the Weekly and monthly reports.
