I have experience as store manager/operating manager for 13 years working for different companies , different provinces, different cultures and different races. My previous job was store manager at Footgear clothing and footwear. One of the fast growing company in South Africa. I was appointed to almost closed store at one of the branches Thabo Sehume Pretoria central the almost closed store due to poor results/ performance. I used my experience through motivating staff , lead by example, demonstrate, empowering staff , celebrate success, give recognition, take advices , create task together, meeting deadlines and creating welcoming environment ( merchandising and house keeping. The store started to produce excellent results, reaching the budgets given with 100%+ for 5 months in a row and being celebrated by the company, receive incentives and being the number one store manager in a region. The company then decided to send me to one of the biggest branch of Centurion mall . I used the same approach also dedication and positive attitude. We managed to reach our given budgets for 2 months then the company appoint me as operating manager assisting and motivating managers to up lift their budgets and staff .
