-Dismantling Plan for each individual vessels.
.-Coordinate with the Health, Safety, Environment,
quality and Naval Architect departments and make
reports and findings.
-Ship Recycling Facility Plan (SRFP), Ship Recycling Plan
(SRP) preparation as per MEPC.
-Preparation of reporting standards: Daily, Weekly &
Monthly comprehensive reports as per Client's
requirements.
-Environmental Approach / Policy Preparation: -
Sorting, storage, and disposal of hazardous material on
vessels as per the IHM.
-Conduct Audits at the recycling facility to ensure and
verify the performance of the facility’s (yard).
-Document control of all HSE documentation and
Record-Keeping.
-Immediate reporting of all near misses, incidents, and
accidents on site and investigate.
-Plans, schedules, and coordinates various phases of
dismantling and monitoring the quality of service on
work performed.
