Experience:
Over the last 15 years I have been honing my ability to run successful projects (mostly Green Field aka First of its kind), through extensive research, collaborated with implementation across majority of the Project Management Methodology framework, including Agile, Kanban, Prince2, Waterfall, Six Sigma, Lean, PMBoK, and many more, allowing me to fully immerse myself within the function of a fully diverse Project Manager with a key focus on delivery of key business outcomes and objectives within the innovative world of Technology.
I have built my career on a foundation of Communication, and by doing so, I have mastered the art of relationship building and setup some of the most effective PMO’s to date. As a leader with an appetite for teamwork and collaboration across the business, I have defined my approach to Projects as the motivator to promote inclusiveness across the organization, encouraging my colleagues to understand their importance within the business, as we secure the future of our company and head towards its intended mission.
Running Projects within SCOPE (supported by Governance), COST, and TIME, is the output, however ensuring that the teams are aligned at any given time on the goal of the project, its life cycle, risks and assumptions, mitigating action plans, and reporting back, is where I shine. My career this far has taught me, it’s easy to define an objective (PLAN) but creating the journey(DESIGN) to get there, and committing to it(DEVELOP,TEST,DEPLOY,REVIEW), is what truly counts.
