I have more than 10 years of experience in material testing in different pharmaceutical industries.
I got my M.Sc. Degree Equivalency from I.EE.-USA (B.Sc. Chemistry)
I am a hard-worker, honest, competent person and easy to adjust in multicultural environment.
I am in Pakistan, currently working in the Laboratory of Quality Control Department, as Chemist / QC Analyst / Lab. Supervisor / Lab. Tech. (Sr. Executive QC), of Bosch Pharmaceuticals, an ISO-17025 Accredited Lab., since December 2019.
My main responsibilities are the testing of raw materials used for the manufacturing of medicines, sterile and non-sterile (i.e., dry powder injections, liquid injections, tablets, capsules, dry powder suspensions) and finished products (bulk, semi-finished and finished), using various modern analytical instruments according to the monograph of the USP/BP/EP/JP Pharmacopoeia.
During my job in Pharma industries, I have operated Modern Analytical Instruments which includes;
HPLC (Shimadzu, Waters, Agilent, Thermo Dionex) , SPECTROPHOTOMETER, Liquid Particle counter, TOC, FT-IR, Nano-ram, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, DISSOLUTION APP., D.T. APP., pH-meter, CONDUCTO-METER, POLARIMETER, REFRACTOMETER, KFT and other Lab. instruments.
I am a team member of ISO Lab. Acc.17025: 2017, of Healthtek Lab.
Moreover, I have analysed Packaging materials used for packing of medicines which includes Unit cartons, Master cartons, Injection vials, Ampoules, Labels , Leaflets inserts, Bottles, Blister foils, Measuring cups, Spoons, Empty gelatin shells etc.
Some other tasks/responsibilities includes:
*Sampling of raw and finished products according to protocol.
*Preparation / verification / review / updation of analytical test methods of API, EPI and Finished products according to the current Pharmacopoeia.
*Management of routine work in lab. on priority basis.
*Inventory management of glasswares, placticwares, other consumable items of Lab.
*Inventory management of chemicals, reagents, solvents, salts etc.
*Supervise and train subordinates when required.
*Perform Method Validation a/c to plan.
*Testing method prepare, review and update as per Pharmacopeial requirements.
*Analytical reports review.
*SOP preparation and review.
*Calibration of Instruments.
*Feed data in SAP and proper documentation of Analytical work.

I have worked as Executive Quality Control / Laboratory Chemist in Healthtek Lab. Pvt. Ltd. for around 4-yrs. Dec. 2015 - October 2019).
I have worked as Senior Quality Control Officer / Laboratory Chemist in Efroze Pharma. Karachi, for 1.5 years. May 2014 - October 2015).
I have worked as a Quality Control Officer in Nawan Lab. (Dec. 2011 - Apr. 2014) for 2.5 years.
I worked as a QC Officer at Pharmatec Pvt. Ltd. Pakistan, approx. 6 months.
