Experience:
Over the past 15 years, I have been honing my ability to manage successful projects (mostly Green Field aka "first of its kind"), through extensive research, I collaborated with implementation across the majority of the project management methodology framework, including Agile, Kanban, Prince2, Waterfall, Six Sigma, Lean, PMBoK, and many others, allowing me to fully immerse myself in a completely diverse project manager job with a major focus on Deliver key business results and objectives in the innovative world of technology.
I've built my career on a foundation of communication, and in doing so, I've mastered the art of building relationships and setting up some of the most effective PMOS to date. As a leader with an appetite for teamwork and collaboration across business, I have identified my approach to projects as a catalyst to promote inclusivity across the organization, encouraging my colleagues to understand their importance in business, while securing the future of Our company is oriented towards its intended mission.
Running projects within SCOPE (supported by governance), COST and TIME is the output, but ensuring teams are aligned at any time on the project objective, life cycle, risks and assumptions, mitigating business plans, and reporting, is where I shine. My career so far has taught me, that it's easy to set a goal (plan) but create a journey (design) to get there, And adhering to them (developing, testing, publishing, reviewing), is what really matters.
