Handymen - Working specialties
Experience:
1. Design Electrical drawings with load calculations for Substations, Power, Light, LV and ELV (Fire alarm, Low current) with proper routing for cables and designing of MSB’s, DB’s VFD’s, MCC and Sub main panels for MEP Projects.
2. Review Drawings for correctness and clarifications and prepare Shop drawings based on IFC and ID drawings for Substations, ELV, and LV.
3. Execute and supervise Work activities on site Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC) and Plumbing (MEP).
4. Review Requirements of the Project specifications and relevant standards and ensure. understandings and compliance with specified local requirements like KAHRAMMA, Civil Defense, NFPA and QCS, clients and consultants.
5. Carry out specified inspection/ test in accordance with relevant inspection and ensure the quality records are maintained and completed.
6. Ensure the work carried out on site is on accordance with Approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
7. Monitor, control and coordinate the works of different trade subcontractors, and manage different subcontractors.
8. In-coordination organize manpower, equipment and materials to achieve the required progress of site works to be able to complete the project on timeline.
9. Send enquiries according to the project specifications and find reliable and cost-efficient suppliers.
10. Attended meetings with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to discuss on-going project status.
11. Prepare material cost, BOQ’s, Quotations with timing estimates, reports and design specifications.
12. Ability to plan, manage, train and supervise a team of multinational electrical and mechanical supervisors, technicians and other stakeholders.
13. Handing over of the site to the client and getting approval from the local authorities like KAHRAMMA, Civil defense and MOI.
Education:
Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
