Experience:
I would like to elaborate on my CV in this letter that I have worked with International, multilateral and governmental organizations that are directed towards addressing various developmental issues and challenges.
In 2004-05, I worked overseas as an Information Technology Trainer cum Engineer on an Indian Ministry of External Affairs’ project that aimed at imparting training on information technologies in Afghanistan. During the above-mentioned tenure, I successfully completed two IT Training projects: first at Teachers’ Training College, Pul-e-Khumri, Bhaglan Province and second at Nangarhar University, Jalalabad, Afghanistan.
Thereafter in 2005-07, I got the opportunity to work with The World Bank as an IT Consultant in New Delhi, India. There, I was given an opportunity to work with a team of professionals on a global project titled ‘Moving Out of Poverty’, which as its name suggests, was directed at poverty alleviation.
After the successful completion of the above project. I joined Dept. of Trade & Taxes, New Delhi, India as an IT Support Engineer from 2007 to 2014. After that, I worked as a freelancer in IT from 2015 to 2022 and now I am currently working for Association for Voluntary Action as an IT Consultant.
Education:
Being exposed to various IT-based projects, I possess a good amount of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, various software applications, LAN and IT equipment. As far as my educational qualifications are concerned, I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Computers i.e., DOEACC ‘A’-Level Advanced Diploma in Computers and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications (B.C.A), Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications (ADCA), Certificate in Computer Applications (CCA), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
Skills:
- Technical Support and strong ability to problem solving, troubleshooting.

- Proficient in all Microsoft's currently supported Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to clearly translate technical issues in simple non-technical terms.
