I am a Nurse with Over 9 years of experience in Adult Medical, surgical care, and emergency and community medicine.
Qualified as a registered Nurse in Nigeria in November 2010 and I completed my Bachelors in Science of Nursing from Mansoura University in August of 2016 while working full time as a Emergency and stabilization Nurse at Muhammad Abdullahi Wasai Teaching Hospital and Clinical/community Nurse at EHA Clinics Kano with a part time lecturing job in college of nursing and midwifery Kano. I have since combined my passions in multiple specialties focussing on Emergency, Cardiology, Infectious disease, infection control and community medicine. I also was the facilitator and organiser of homebased visit and ambulance service at EHA CLINICS.
Through my clinical and educational experience, I have familiarized myself with the correct and efficient nursing process and practiced excellent nursing skills in various settings. In addition, I was able to obtain clinical experience in areas such as General Adult care, General Emergency Department, and Homecare. My clinical experiences have allowed me to develop the necessary skills to provide exceptional nursing care through a continuously evolving education. By working alongside a variety of health care providers at all levels, I have established outstanding collaboration and delegation abilities.
I have robust clinical and leadership experience in nursing care, trauma/critical care, change leadership (LEAN management), and a commitment to providing high-quality care through standardizing workflows to align with best practices.

My current role primarily includes providing strategic direction to the clinical operations of the Emergency Department, Trauma Base Hospital and Crisis Stabilization Unit. I also establish and enforce policies and procedures for the hospital. Additionally, I ensure that financial targets are met within my scope of responsibility.
