i have three years and half contact center advisor experience at ethio telecom ethiopia since 2017 till 2020 , from 2020 i have been working as sourcing support administrator at ethio telecom and currently i am working as procurement support specialist at ethio telecom

i have BA degree in business management and MA degree in Human Resource Management

i have a good communication skill leadership skill

i have been taking different course such as I procurement on ERP , information security and i have a good power point , Excel and word skill
