• April 2021 – Working as Power transmission line Mechanical Site engineer GET at Larsen & Toubro Limited - PT&D Africa (400kV Line Chimuara-Alto Molόcue);
Description of high voltage tower erection activities:
Check that, before starting the assembly work, the grounding has been done correctly, verify that all HSE procedures are being followed, verify that all screws, spring washers, Pack washers and steel profiles are available, maintain the winch machine, check the condition of the cables and the oil level of the winch machine, Check that the erection method is being used in accordance with the stated Method, whether Derrick Pole method, Gin Pole method and Crane Method, Check that all parts corresponding to tower integration have been assembled and tightened properly.
Description of the activities for the foundation in high voltage towers:
Check that the workplace is ready for work (correctly and clean bush), check that the marking of the pit has been made correctly and corresponds to the type of tower, check the Tamplate levels and diagonals, check that the meshes are in compliance Drawing, check that the proper formwork sheets are being used, make sure the proper grade of concrete is being mixed at the concreting site, observe if the chimney and stapbox cubes were made and later break the same cubes, etc.
Description of the Safety & Environment Inspection during the erection of High Voltage Towers:
Training and motivation of subcontractors;
Audit & Inspection lifting material;
Control toolbox talk report and attendance sheet;
Control Daily renewal of permit to work at height in TL Projects;
Daily control of the lifeline in the towers for the riggers who climb the high voltage towers;
Daily records of incidents and Identify root cause and corrective actions;
Approach and implement the PDCA management method for control and continuous improvement;
control of Bush's cleaning activities according to the project's recommendations for the environment;
monitor and encourage with training on what the impact of cleaning will be and the selection of waste materials after activities, mainly foundation and bush cleaning;
Erection and Foundation Safety checklist (risk assessment and mitigation).
Description of the Quality Inspection during the erection of High Voltage Towers:
check that all screws, lock washers, pack washers and steel profiles are as specified in the project specifications and standards;
Check that all parts corresponding to tower integration have been assembled;
Check that all parts are tightened properly as per standards using torque wrenches;
Check that all parts and screws are galvanized;
Check that the filling washer used conforms to the drawing;
Check for missing tower members using binoculars;
Fill the checklist for the towers approved by the consultant.
• March 2021 – April 2021 – Worked as Process Operator at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa;
process operator at the bottle inspection machine (EBI) where i did oil inspection, maintenance of the bottle inspection machine, process operator at the bottle filling/Filler machine (FBI) where he did oil inspection and pressure, temperature and flow control, maintenance of the bottle filling machine, maintenance of the bottle filling machine in the event of an explosion while filling the soft drinks and repair of the hydraulic cups and and perform regular unit checks to ensure the equipment is operating as it should and HSE commitment;
And maintenance of Chain Conveyor and Roller Conveyors for Boxes.
• June 2020 – January 2021 – Worked as HVAC and Electrical System Projectist at 100% Makers;
Prepared sheets for drafts in AutoCAD Mechanical and drawings after customer approval, dimensioned electrical systems in CYPECAD MEP software and HVAC systems in CYPETHERM HVAC and did consultancy work;
Dimensioning of the HVAC System of the First Capital Bank 24 De Julho Project;
Dimensioning of the Air Treatment Unit (ATU) for the operating rooms of the Provincial Hospital of Inhambane;
Dimensioning of the fire detection and fighting system in the First Capital Bank 24 De Julho Project;
Responsible for HSE commitment in visits to works to be inspected.
• 2019 (July-October) – Trained at Coca-Cola Sabco Mozambique in the Fleet maintenance area as a Diesel Mechanic (Mercedes Actros, Mercedes Axxor, Iveco, Man-Diesel, Mazda Bt50, Isuzu, Nissan hardbody);
I worked for a long time with scheduled maintenance, which consists of controlling the mileage of vehicles to change filters, seals, brake system and oils in the crankcase and steering boxes, opening the engine block and cylinder head for repairs (assembly of new liners, removing the bent connecting rods, changing the bent rods and adjusting the engine valves, maintenance of the hydraulic part of the steering mechanism, hydraulic pump, oil reservoir and high and low pressure pipes, some failures were used by the 5why method and HSE commitment.
• 2019 (January-July) – Trained at Maputo Sugar Terminal. Lda (STAM) in the area of maintenance of sugar belt conveyors, capstan, overhead crane, sugar loading towers and maintenance of centrifugal pumps;
I worked with drawings that had to be interpreted, opening gearboxes, opening couplings, aligning the motor and the gearbox, tuning shoe brakes, checking the condition of the bearings and the lubrication itself, maintenance of overhead cranes in the sugar unloading area and repair of centrifugal pumps in the facilities' sewers, disassembly and assembly of motor drums and tensioners and HSE commitment.
• 2014-2017 – Worked as Building duct system assistant;
• 2010 – 2012 – Worked as Setting and repair of automobile exhaust systems in a Workshop.
