Currently i am working with Hyatt regency oryx qatar as a Food and beverage service associate. I also have worked with a speciality fine dining restaurant in St Regis Mumbai.
Highlights & Key Responsibilities
• Always able to create a bespoke experience by anticipating guest needs.
• Taking guests food & wine order considering their preferences and provide.
• Restaurant Closing which Includes day end reports, making daily sales reports, daily log report, closing all checks, Calculating Cash sales And handover to finance department with all reports.
• A great opportunity to learn and work with Michelin star chef Massimo bottura for his restaurant opening 'Osteria Francescana' in St regis Mumbai.
• Events & Banquets services by Setting up the Banquets as per 'BEO' by coordinating with the sales team and making sure that everything is ready for Smooth operations.
• In room services by taking Order on call and serve on time as per Brand standard. Also closing which includes Day end reports mentioned into Excel. Calculating all cash sales and handover to the Front office team.
