To oversees the whole operation, make sure all customers arder are delivered it on time, prioritize the customers satisfaction. Make sure KPI are improve and reduce the cost saving of all external and internal uses. Supporting the team to achieve the head target. Utilizing the manpower to reduce overtime payment etc. Coordinate with 3PL in charge, following up and monitor the shipments whereabouts. Utilize the available vehicles to reduce transportation cost.
