•Design of different types of metallic shuttering concerning different items of construction such as columns, walls, slabs, Bridges … according to BS, ACI and DIN codes.
•Review Architectural and Structural drawing and provide a complete formwork solution.
•Generate formwork design structural analysis with the corresponding calculations for the fresh concrete pressure, against deflection, shear, and bending/flexure at all critical points/areas and externally to check for overall structural stability using STADD PRO.
•Preparing design calculation sheets using Excel and analyzing using DOKA planning software Tipos 9.
•Prepare bill of materials for scaffolding, Material list for Formwork site assembly and formwork panel fabrication.
•Conduct inspection on the site, ensure erect scaffolds are safe and complied as per approved shop drawings before the concrete pouring.
•Co-ordinate and supervise formwork and scaffolding works, giving clear instruction to the site team to ensure the quality and compliance of erection.
•Review and prepare proposal for the following:
Construction Joint.
Pouring Sequence.
Logistic Access
•Supervision on working jobsites and finding alternative solutions on the spot.
•Operations & Logistics support as well as materials requirement studies, reviewing of Sub-contractors Schedules & Invoices.
•Support for engineers & Sales engineer in all questions.
•Inspection of form works before concreting, rebar and spacing.
