Experience:
OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION AS ACCOUNTING STAFF
Recording of business transactions such as receipts or collections, payments or disbursements,
and billings
Responsible in bookkeeping, encoding sales, journal entry.
Preparations of billing statements
Follow up collections from clients
Collections from clients and in charge of bank deposits
Preparations of Weekly and Monthly Payroll
Preparations of Monthly and Quarterly VAT, SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig remittances,
Withholding Taxes.
File maintenance of office documents
Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

SPECIAL SKILLS
MACHINE OPERATED
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
- FAX, XEROX Machine, PABX
Know how to use Internet, YM, MYOB, E-LOG,
Microsoft Dynamics, Quickbook, SAP.
- Timekeeping Software V2 and Flexi Payroll System
