Responsible for Material Gate Entry  Responsible for Continuous Improvement initiatives at Stores  Setting economic inventory level as per projection plan.  Responsible for Reconciliation Job worker vendor inventory.  Monitoring of all store related activities.  Co-ordination & communication with other plant for review the stock overview & in transit stock status.  Coordination with Purchase, Quality & production dept.  Responsible for Store Material Issue on Line through FIFO System.  Implemented FIFO System for all Store parts of classification  Making & checking of various types of challans for processing item, Returnable \ Non  returnable, and Rejected items.  Conduct physical verification of inventory on daily (Perpetual) & Monthly basis And  Reconciling Monitoring & controlling excess stock and non-movable item.
