Supervising the whole operation inbouhd/outbound, Local /export shipments, making schedule on daily basis for the customers orders. Make sure delivery reach on time w/out delay. Main the customers satisfaction. Follow up customers order. Ensure all accurate and stock availability. Ensure KPIs achieve and improved, inventory stagging, yearly budget.
