Skills:
● Serve as member of lab improvement teams; develop and introduce new test procedures, operating procedures for new instrumentation, and update existing procedures to improve accuracy and results.
● Monitoring the Test/Retest of incoming and in-process chemical compounds following correct and proper protocols outlined by SOP's and Compendia references.
● Use analytical instruments for measuring specs (Gravimetry, Volumetry). Skilled at operating HPLC, GC, AAS, UV, FT-IR, TOC, Flame Photometer, Polarimeter, Viscometer, Refractometer, pH Meter , Conductometer, TDS Tester, Karl Fischer Titrator, Muffle Furnace, Friability Tester, Dissolution Tester, DT Tester, Melting Point Apparatus, Boiling Point Apparatus, Tapped Density Tester etc.
● Work with CRS, USPRS and Working Standards.
● Improve data for documentation of test procedures and prepare protocols, reports.
● Follow up the analysis of routine analytical testing of generic pharmaceutical finished products for release into commerce.
● Adhere to company SOPs and practice cGMPs on a daily basis.
● Participate in SOP review/revision process.
● Perform preventive maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of analytical instruments as required.
● Review, other analysts' completed data packets to Quality Assurance group.
● Follow cGMPs and SOPs to conduct compliant testing Identify suspected data and work with management to complete an investigation.
Additionally:
1. Excellent command over Bangla and English in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
A useful command over Hindi, Urdu and Arabic in speaking and listening.
2. Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Access, PowerPoint
3. Internet Browsing
4. Proficient in ERP Systems (Steps) and SAP
