Myself Rajnish Sharma from India. I am a young talented person with an M.B.A IN Retail & Marketing. I have also Completed Diploma In Business Management (DBM-) from Indian School Of Business Management, Mumbai- India (ISBM). I have Completed graduation in 2008. I am applying for this job position because I had a work experience of 09 Years 4 Months as a Warehouse Operative in Kuwait. Manager with the Coordination of Entire Store team i have handled /started new Promotions big teams by formulating strategies and action plans.
I Have managed, developed, coached, controlled and have motivated staff/sales members to develop their skills for achieving the sales target. Actively involved for business operations, sales & I was also Responsible for managing sales and Company bank for Account Settlements. Taking initiatives has always been my academic and career focus. I certainly understand responsibility, hold an intense work ethic, and possess social skills that can build and maintain relations across and beyond the organization and strive to do my best in any situation to meet corporate objectives.
