• Conducts technical diagnosis and performs specialized repairs on a variety of Electronics and Electrical Home Appliances. such as TV, Washing machine, Vacuum Cleaner, Gas Cooker, Microwave oven, Electric hobs, Refrigerator, Air-conditioning, Small Appliances etc. (Media, TCL, Hisense, Toshiba, Electrolux).
• Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings and make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts.
• Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job.
• Pre-screen next day service calls by obtaining necessary information to help diagnose problem prior to arriving at customer’s home.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work area.
• At the same time working as warehouse / store keeper. (received spare parts, accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise, track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times, prepare all orders for shipment, record and manage all impaired or damages merchandise items.
