Demarcation of plots. Pile cap lay out. Lay out of building with survey drawing. Mark Grid Line Block works, Opening, Columns, Core wall & slab points, aluminum works, cladding and glasses. Level marking with Auto level for finishing items. Lay out Parking Area curve stones. Calculation of data required for the execution construction Activities. Set out the pile location from coordinate system. Control the pile tip level and top level as per designing, Adjustment of conductor pile for reverse rotary drilling. Marking cut off & steel top Level for Pile breaking, Piling As built data, Pile cap lay out. Check Tower crane vertically for plumbing. Any type of steel structure work. Supervise and provide guidance to field staff and sub-contractors. Preparing survey reports (INR). And Joint inspection with consultants (Atking). Preparing maps, sketches, and charts. Preparing Proposed layout Drawing. Work closely with Management to develop project scopes and schedules. Preparing survey Data Setting-out and level.
