Experience:
My first experience in hospitality was as a waiter in a restaurant. Working as a part of a team, I quickly learned the importance of customer service; how to take orders, serve food and drinks and deliver excellent customer service. I also became familiar with the restaurant’s menu and the different types of dishes, as well as understanding the cost of items. This was a great opportunity to learn about the hospitality industry and to develop my skills in customer service.
