I am excited at the potential opportunity of joining the organization as the position advertised. The duties and responsibilities relates to my career goals to what I have being doing within my previous and current portfolio as detailed in my educational qualifications, job experiences, professional skills and competencies. Recently, I was a field officer with Intersos international in Damasak office, Borno State where I supported implementation of various components of their humanitarian sector program ranging from Nutritional, health, livelihood and social protection interventions. My skills and qualifications are an ideal match for this position.
As a graduate of B.SC. Geology and diploma certificate in Computer science, I am eager to contribute my abilities, knowledge and experience.
In the last 2 years, I have been engaging with international organizations like World Health organization (WHO), Intersos International and Action against Hunger (ACF) principally supporting humanitarian sector response within communities of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and households (HHs). I have volunteered in the past as lots quality assurance (LQAS) surveyor with WHO during which I supported data verification, collation and campaigns in various LGAs. Equally, my field experience as an ACF volunteer gave me the requisite experience, competencies and skills set to work and function in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) program. During the course of these job engagements, I was able new knowledge, acquired diverse skill sets, which improved my project management abilities including design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in a contemporary development setting. Given my extensive training and background, I believe I can help achieve its mission
in ensuring positive change within the organization.
