o Planned, examined, and managed stability studies in accordance with ICH guidelines; prepared, managed, and controlled documents such as SOPs, specifications, and master documents.
o Conducted root-cause analyses and put corrective measures in place for quality problems; created and maintained quality control procedures to guarantee regulatory compliance.
o Led internal and external audits, made sure audit findings were promptly resolved, and reviewed and approved batch release and product stability data.
o Oversaw the program for calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment; collaborated closely with the production and R&D teams to ensure a smooth product transfer and launch.
