suggest management on the same; prepare comprehensive annual departmental budgets by liaising with
internal departments
Judiciously evaluate performance of the company by comparing actual monthly results Vs. budgets and
previous month with suitable comments on variances identified
Involve in periodical analysis of liquidity and profitability and recommend measures for improving the
same; oversee detailed analysis of business plan and budgets
Play a pivotal role in preparing comprehensive project costing for new as well as expansion of existing
projects, including project financing proposals and impact of new projects on the balance sheet
Apply skills gained in preparing management reports on projects with detailed analysis of project P&L
account, balance sheet and keeping in view non-financial factors
Responsible for arranging various banking facilities with banks, liaising with Sr. Bankers for daily
operations, preparing daily funds, weekly cash flow and effective funds management and control over
markup costs & exchange losses
Utilize strong background in planning for timely funding of working capital requirements in addition to
funding of the business expansion
Apply sharp analytical abilities in conducting financial planning, overseeing fund management and
ensuring compilation and coordination of accounting &financial records
Gather required data and prepare projected financial statements for short &long-term financing of business
Compile and present MIS reports to provide feedback to the top management for taking strategic decisions
Reduce overall financial costs through minimum risks, reduction in working capitals/trade finance costs
and maximum returns on short-term investment of surplus funds
