Having served as a Supervisor/Certified Trainer F&B at Chili's Restaurant in the UAE from 2016 to 2022, I have developed a strong foundation in all aspects of restaurant operations. I was responsible for ensuring food safety and health code compliance, managing workflows, leading a team, evaluating and maintaining kitchen equipment, conducting staff performance reviews, and overseeing the activities of the restaurant staff. Through my leadership skills, I consistently prioritized excellent service and maintained positive relationships with suppliers. Additionally, I have a comprehensive understanding of food safety protocols and expertise in POS system operations.
Prior to my tenure at Chili's Restaurant, I held the position of Supervisor in Charge at Royal Lounge Restaurant in Pakistan from 2014 to 2016. In this role, I managed the front-of-house operations, including staffing, booking management, event preparations, and maintaining high standards of service. I worked closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our valued guests and provided valuable assistance to the Restaurant Manager in handling various tasks.
