Primarily responsible for the coordination and definition of health and safety related strategies and standards.  Responsible for the Engineer Site Instruction status.  Responsible for the conducting Monthly HSE Meetings.  Records of all meetings and discussed HSE issues and Compliance.  Act a main role of contractor HSE Personnel in case of any Emergency at site.  A responsible for Joint project planning (JPP) with all the stock holders about the site problems.  A good planer to achieve our goals, estimate them schedule them and then organize our resources for directing and controlling.  Preparing START Card Report in daily basis for each task associated with the project.  Preparing sign boards and banners regarding safety.  To carry out toolbox talk with site engineer, supervisor and worker on daily basis.
