This Job role requires me to ensure Quality Control and High-Risk Management as we provide interpreters to Customer Organization Accounts in the UK
I must give the interpreters verbal reminders to avoid DNA (the booking didn't attend).
While conducting verbal Reminders I can also offer any other pending bookings to the interpreter.
Inbound calls from the interpreters/freelancers, escalating the issues/queries to the relevant departments.

8th grade pass.
