Preparing payment vouchers.
Maintaining an organized, well documented and sequential filing system for all payments.
Ensuring safe custody of accounting documents.
Maintaining an updated fuel schedule.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
Remitting of statutory deductions.
Ensuring that cash expenditures are coded correctly and charged to the appropriate donor/project and cash accounts.
Assisting in processing cheque payments and ensuring that appropriate supporting documentation is attached to all cheque payments.
