PROBLEM-SOLVING AND DECISION-MAKING SKILLS.

Additionally:
▪ Undertake daily inspection tours in area of responsibility to ensure
implementation of, and adherence to the procedures set out in the HSE
management plan, and any additional project specific requirements.
▪ Ensure basic welfare facilities for employees, coordinate with
administration department.
▪ Take necessary action to rectify breaches of procedure or newly
identified Hazard, to ensure safe working conditions. Refer more
complex issues to a more senior HSE authority.
▪ Complete and submit daily observation reports with photographs,
bringing to attention actions taken on identified matters of concern and
issue requiring resolution by higher authority.
▪ Advise construction representatives of all disciplines to ensure full
understanding of and adherence to HSE standards.
▪ Conduct on job training.
▪ Coordinate with the client HSE personnel to ensure all related
observations are rectified and reported to higher authority.
▪ Stop unsafe activities and advice the requirements for recommence
safely.
▪ Weekly equipment and operator inspection.
▪ Monitor and implementation of HSE requirements at site.
▪ Monthly inspection for full body harness, fire extinguishers.
▪ P.T.S.I (Pre Task Safety Induction) evaluations and MSDS audit.
▪ Prepare the initial report for accidents/ incidents and near miss.
▪ Assist in incident/near miss/accident investigation. Recommend
corrective and preventive measures to prevent the reoccurrence and
ensure the recommended corrective/preventive measures are
implemented.
▪ Ensure good housekeeping, coordinates with site engineers and
administration department
