Roles and responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping of financial transactions, such as, purchase invoices, payments to vendors, goods receipt notes, purchase order, petty cash transactions & posting of payroll in the ERP system
• Monitor and reconciliation the of bank statement, general ledger and accounts payable
• Addressing Queries from Suppliers regarding discrepancies and Ledger balances
• Maintaining Petty Cash, Assets Register; prepare depreciation/ pre payments on monthly basis
• Provision for accrued income & expenses including payment of prepaid expenses
• Recognizing & posting entries that requires reclassification to respective cost centers
• Preparing and Processing payroll disbursement through WPS, calculation of overtime, managing pay cards, and processing of annual leaves settlements and full & final settlements
• Preparing monthly & yearly MIS reports like Profit & Loss a/c and Balance sheet
• Supporting monthly / yearly closing, internal and external audits

Roles and responsibilities:
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables and accounts payable data
• Preparing Accounts receivable & Accounts payable reports on Weekly and Monthly basis
• Follow up with procurement department and other departments for solving any discrepancy of missing requirements in invoices or supporting documents
• Monitoring, and controlling the flow of the Receipt
• Assisting with managing the inflow and outflow of cash
• Bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation
• Documenting and maintaining records of bills, payments, invoices
• Supporting team on monthly closing of the financial statements
