I am Hubbaish Aftab, Chemical Engineer, working in Enar Petroleum Refining Facility in Karachi, Pakistan as Senior HSE Engineer. My core responsibility to Lead HSE Department in Refinery and report to Manager HSE.
I am also look after Revamp Project of Enar, (Gasoline Revamp Project). In that, I manage construction activity with Contractor and Subcontractors with respect to occupational and construction safety activity. I am reviewing Fire Fighting arrangement, Safe Distancing, safety guidelines, and also involved in Hazop activity. I was involved in Pre-commissioning, commissioning, Pre-startup activity of Thermal Cracking Revamp project. I also manage annual turnaround, manage action in incidents, participate in incident investigation and reporting and has participate in HAZOP study in Gasoline project.
