I am writing to you in response to the vacant position of a Civil Engineer to be based in Al Shamkhah City UAE announced. A Nepali citizen of 46 years, I am an experienced construction management engineer and a capacity development facilitator with more than 20 years of professional experiences in the field. My work experiences range from 2002 to 2023. I have Master Degrees in Transportation Engineering and Management and Bachelor Degree in civil engineering; and have various training in monitoring and evaluation and project management issues with extensive involvement to work on a variety of projects involving roads, bridges, dams, and other civil structures. I am able to read and interpret plans and blueprints accurately. Having excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions when needed.
I possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects at once having advanced computer literacy (MS Office) and the ability to use AutoCAD software for design purposes.Recently, I worked as Material Engineer for upgrading of national highway upto four lane including 56 numbers of bridges and 80 km road in province 2 of Nepal in which I was directly dealing with quality control, construction management and social mobilization components.
