Experience:
• Responsible for routine and request based analytical work to be carried out in rotating shift as per Quality Plan.
• Responsible for safe handling of Laboratory modern software based equipment.
• Collects and analyze the collected water samples as per frequency given in quality plans and reports to concerned unit or individual.
• Ensures correct transfer of test results on computer.
• Works during annual turnaround/emergency shutdown with his team as per schedule given by Incharge lab .
• Reconfirm the abnormal results in shifts and immediately reports to concerned unit personnel and process section.
• Manages the preparation of Lab. reagents, indicators & standard solutions
Skills:
Generates analytical reports covering all routine and request based tests
Assures the compiling of laboratory cleaning & inspection data and lab.
Environmental conditions.
Ensure to analyze test samples along with routine tests.
Monitor the standardization of reagent, Calibration of Different instrument
and enter in records respectively.
Ensure the analysis of provided control, check repeated or retained samples
in the shift and maintain record.
Additionally:
Have a good grip on various version and software of Gas Chromatographs,
UV/VIS Spectrophotometers, Colorimeters, Karl Fischer Apparatus, Potentiograph,
Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, Conductivity meters, pH meters, Turbidity
meter,Cannon Constant Temperature Bath (for viscosity of oils) and weather station.
