Executive Secretary:
- Greet and assist visitors and guests from abroad and arrange anything needed accordingly

Hr Assistant:
- Assist in scanning and archiving staff hard and soft documents and information based on the filing system (passport, visa, labor card, etc.)
- Preparing and distributing emails, correspondence, announcement and memorandum Involved in recruiting, such as advertising open positions, screening and recommending candidates for interviews
- Compose and send Job Offer to newly hired employees as per Management
- Supporting the PRO in preparing the required documents for new applications, renewals, cancellation as well as other government / labor related works
- Responsible for all transactional activities of the employee such as Annual, Sick Leave and Absences. Preparation of HR related report to be sent to Hr Manager
- Monitor employees air ticket allowance and coordinate with Finance Team for encashment
- Handle Health and Life Insurance Policies (Renewal and Comparison of Policies, etc.)
- Assisting the Finance Department when required for specific bill payments such as Payroll, Air Ticket Allowance, Loan and other employees benefits
- Process employee’s payroll thru WPS. Ensure strict confidentiality related to employee's documents and salary
